Happy #manimonday everyone! I’m loving these winter inspired nails and I hope you do too.

Products used:

Stamping plate: Born Pretty “BP-L089” and “BP-L006” (the plaid pattern has been updated since I brought this plate)
Stamping polish: Born Pretty “BP-WN04 Pure” from the White Knight Stamping Series
Base: Essie base coat and Revlon Top Speed Nail Polish “820 Stormy”

With nothing on this week, I was free to do whatever design I wanted on my nails. I’ve been using Pinterest lately to help grow my blog and I came across an image which inspired my nails this week.

I was actually planning on doing a different check design which I also discovered on Pinterest, but I found that I didn’t have the right plates for that design so it was back to the drawing board. I was scrolling through my saved pins when my support worker and I came across this look (you can find the original image here ). It was actually a pin created by Born Pretty, using the plate with the deer head, which I already had, so it was meant to be.

I’m very happy with this design! It’s perfect for the wintery weather here at the moment and it’s different to designs I normally go for, which is refreshing. The Born Pretty stamping polish also picked up a dream (I’ve hardly had any problems with their stamping polishes). The BP-L089 plate does have lots of images that are too big for my nails but this one fits fine (though the big antlers didn’t make it onto my nails).
