Confidence rating

With a mostly sunny day forecasted, I suspect the track will get upgraded to soft rating, but given how even some of the fields are, how the track is playing is definitely something to keep an eye on. Races 5 and 6 look to be particularly even while I’d avoid races 3 and 7 (this is definitely one of the most even feature races that we’ve seen in a while).
